AiVACO brings together practising regulatory and quality expertise, an AI Lab that builds and hardens production systems, and leadership with decades of experience taking technology into regulated industrial markets.

Damian is a pharmaceutical quality and regulatory specialist and the architect of AAP’s regulatory rule sets. He chairs the Pharmaceutical Quality Group (PQG) and runs PQP Group, a pharmaceutical quality organisation whose work includes specialist training in areas such as advanced therapy medicinal products. At AiVACO he leads the encoding of regulatory and quality requirements into the deterministic rules AAP applies to every AI output, and guides the advisory practice’s validation and inspection readiness work.

LinkedIn →The AiVACO AI Lab designs, builds and hardens AAP. It is where sovereign deployment moves from architecture diagram to running system.

Develops AAP’s AI capabilities: retrieval and grounding pipelines, model gateway integration, evaluation harnesses and the test datasets used to evidence performance against acceptance criteria.

Works across AI engineering and DevOps, focusing on the infrastructure that makes sovereignty real: model serving behind the gateway, containerised deployment into customer environments, egress controls, monitoring and a release pipeline that keeps every build reproducible and signed.

Builds the AAP application layer: reviewer workspaces, electronic signature workflows, dashboards, and integrations with customer systems and identity providers.

Leads AiVACO’s AI creative and experience design: AI graphics and video, interface design, brand storytelling and interactive experiences such as assured AI assistants and avatars for events.

Runs AiVACO delivery from first briefing to production: pilot plans, milestones, risk logs and the evidence pack schedule, so every engagement produces what it promised, when it promised it.

Leads AiVACO’s business operations: contracts and onboarding, supplier and partner administration, finance and the day to day running of the company, keeping the team free to focus on clients.
