Part of AiVACO Training

Learning that answers back.

AiVACO Avatars are interactive AI presenters that answer only from approved content, for learning and for events. Every response is grounded, validated, risk tiered and recorded by AAP before it is spoken.

Avatars for events and congresses

Events are learning moments too.

At congresses, exhibitions and corporate events, AiVACO Avatars answer attendee questions from approved content, around the clock and in multiple languages. Each configuration has a defined scope, a defined content owner and a defined risk profile.

Answers from the approved deck. If the answer is out of scope, it captures the question for the speaker.

Refusal in practice
Is your product better than a competitor’s for elderly patients?

Declines, explains that it cannot provide comparative clinical information, offers a conversation with the team and logs the exchange. The refusal is the correct behaviour.

Refused and recorded
Deliberate exclusions

Knowing when to say no is the feature.

In pharmaceutical and life sciences settings, AiVACO Avatars do not provide clinical, prescribing, dosing, efficacy or safety information about medicinal products. The exclusion is enforced at platform level, not promised in a policy, and any mention of a possible adverse event is routed to the appropriate process. In education, anything touching safeguarding is routed to designated staff.

Excluded at platform level
  • ✕Clinical advice, diagnosis, dosing or prescribing
  • ✕Any discussion of use outside the approved label
  • ✕Comparative efficacy or safety claims against named competitor products
  • ✕Pricing, reimbursement and commercial terms
  • ✕Any matter under regulatory review, litigation or embargo
  • ✕Safeguarding matters (education): routed to designated staff

These boundaries are what allow medical, compliance and safeguarding functions to approve deployment.

Avatar configuration

Presenter appearance, voice, language and tone set to your brand.

Deployment

Large format screens, kiosks, web pages or your learning platform.

Questions asked, knowledge gaps, refusals and escalations, presented for trainers, organisers or sponsors.

Post course or post event report

A summary of engagement with the full audit record available on request. Any lead capture is consent based.

Getting started

Start low risk. Build the record. Extend with confidence.

STEP 1

Start with the lowest risk configuration

An Onboarding Guide or Event Concierge needs no external medical or regulatory approval and gets you live quickly.

STEP 2

Build the record

Every interaction is captured. The audit record from the first deployment becomes the evidence base for the next.

STEP 3

Extend with confidence

Add Trainer, Inspection Rehearsal, Sponsor or Technical Expert configurations once the record supports the case.
