Every framework assumes the person reviewing an AI output understands what they are looking at. AiVACO Training gives leaders, Quality and IT teams, reviewers and front line staff the knowledge to use AI well, govern it properly and defend it when asked.

The EU AI Act requires organisations that provide or deploy AI systems to take measures that support the AI literacy of their staff and others using AI on their behalf. The obligation has applied since February 2025 and was recalibrated, not removed, in July 2026.
Draft Annex 22 expects qualified personnel to remain responsible for generative AI outputs, and every governance framework assumes the human in the loop understands what they are reviewing.
Inspectors, auditors and governors will ask whether the person who accepted an AI output was trained to do so. Training records are part of the evidence trail.

Our training is designed by practising pharmaceutical quality specialists and delivered by people who build AI systems. Every programme includes an assessment and produces records you can file in your QMS, HR or learning system: who attended, which version of the material they received, and how they performed. Course content is itself grounded in approved, version controlled sources, so when guidance changes, the training changes with it.
AiVACO Avatars bring training to life with interactive AI presenters that answer only from approved training content. Learners can ask questions about a procedure, rehearse an inspection interview or revisit an SOP in their own language, and every interaction is assured by AAP and recorded.

We map your roles to their exposure to AI, identify who needs what level of knowledge, and recommend a prioritised programme. Many organisations combine this with an AI Audit or Readiness Assessment, so training effort is focused where the risk is.
Tell us about your roles and your exposure. We will recommend a programme and a format.
