These terms apply when you use aivaco.ai. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

About us

This website is operated by AiVACO Ltd, 8 New Road, Leighton Buzzard, LU7 2LX, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@aivaco.ai.

What the information on this site is

The site describes our services and our platform, and shares our views on AI assurance. It is general information, not legal, regulatory, quality or technical advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Regulatory texts change, and several that we discuss, including draft EU GMP Annex 22, are drafts. Always check the current official text, and take advice that fits your circumstances.

We describe how our work aligns with regulatory frameworks and guidance. References to regulators, legislation and standards do not imply endorsement, approval or certification by any of them.

The interactive demonstrator

The demonstrator at demo.aivaco.ai shows how the platform behaves. It uses fictional data and simulated AI responses. It is not a validated system, it is not a production service, and nothing in it is advice or a statement about any real person, organisation, record or regulatory outcome. Please do not enter real personal or confidential information into it.

Our intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, graphics, the AiVACO name and logos, the A1 to D4 tiering presentation and the whitepaper, belongs to AiVACO Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other rights. You may read it, link to it and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not copy, republish or sell it, or use our names and logos, without our written permission.

Using the site

Please do not misuse the site: do not try to gain unauthorised access, interfere with it, introduce malicious code, or submit false or misleading information through our forms. We may block access if you do.

Links to other sites

We link to official publications and other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

Our responsibility to you

We take care over the accuracy of the site, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it is complete, current or free from error. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the information on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Terms for any services we provide to you are set out in a separate written agreement.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
